Privacy

The short version

This site sets no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics. It does not ask you to sign in, and there is no account to create. The only thing kept in your browser is your light or dark preference.

What is stored in your browser

One localStorage entry, nv-scheme, holding light, dark, or system. It is written when you use the theme control in the header, it is read before the page paints so you do not get a flash of the wrong colour scheme, and it never leaves your device — it is not sent to any server and not used to identify you. Clearing your site data removes it.

That is not a cookie, so there is no consent banner. A banner asking permission to remember whether you prefer dark mode would be theatre.

The assistant

When you ask the on-site assistant a question, the question and the current conversation are sent to our server and forwarded to Anthropic's API to generate the answer.

• Novaryn does not write your conversation to a database. Close the panel and it is gone from the page; there is no transcript to retrieve.
• Your IP address is used in memory for rate limiting — so one client cannot exhaust the endpoint — and is not logged alongside your question.
• Anthropic processes the request as our sub-processor under their own terms and retention policy. If you would rather nothing left the page, do not use the assistant; the rest of the site works entirely without it.
• Please do not paste anything confidential or personal into it. It answers questions about Novaryn — it has no reason to see anything sensitive.

Server logs

The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard operational request logs (IP address, timestamp, path, user agent) for security and debugging. That is infrastructure logging every web server does, not analytics, and it is not joined to anything else or used to build a profile.

Links out

Links to Novaryn's own products lead to separate applications on separate domains. Once you follow one, that product's own privacy policy applies — this page does not govern it, and each holds materially different data: card metadata, contracts, cloud billing records, or product analytics.

Your data rights

Since this site holds no personal data about you on a server, there is nothing here to export or delete — your theme preference is already yours to clear. For data held by a specific product, contact us and say which product, and we will route it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
