Terms of use
These terms cover this website. Each product has its own terms, agreed when you sign up for it.
Scope
These terms apply to novaryn.com — the pages you are reading and the on-site assistant. They are not a service agreement for TechHub.cafe, CardCopilotAI, ContractsRiskAI, FinOpsGuard or Revio. Each of those is a separate application with its own terms, which you accept there.
Using this site
You may read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Please do not:
- attempt to disrupt the site or the assistant endpoint, including automated request volume beyond ordinary use;
- use the assistant to attempt to extract its instructions, impersonate Novaryn, or generate content unrelated to Novaryn;
- copy the site's design or code wholesale as your own product;
- misrepresent yourself as affiliated with, or speaking for, Novaryn.
The assistant's answers are not a commitment
The assistant answers from a curated knowledge base and is built to say when it does not know something. It can still be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.
Treat its output as a helpful summary, not a representation, warranty, quote, or contractual promise. Nothing it says creates an obligation on Novaryn, and nothing it says is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice — including anything it says about ContractsRiskAI, CardCopilotAI or FinOpsGuard, which are software tools and not advisers. Where it matters, ask a human.
Roadmap statements
This site distinguishes what is built from what is specified, and labels the second as such. Planned capabilities are statements of current intent, not commitments to deliver, on any particular date or at all.
Intellectual property
The Novaryn name, the mark, the product names, this site's design system, copy, and code are owned by Abdul Qadir Khan unless stated otherwise. No licence is granted by your use of the site beyond reading and linking to it.
Availability and warranty
The site is provided as is. It may be unavailable, and the assistant may be degraded or switched off at any time without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, there is no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Novaryn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything on it — including the assistant's answers. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.

Something here unclear?
These pages are written to be read rather than to be survived. If a clause is ambiguous or you think it is wrong, say so and it gets fixed.
